Week One New Zealand: Pinnacles, Walks, EcoQuest

The beach behind our campus, which is "Wahi Tapu" land, or sacred.
Last Friday and Saturday we hiked up to the Pinnacles via this trail, where Dan is sitting.
We hiked up to the top of the Pinnacles the next morning starting at 5 am to watch the sunrise.
This is Kathryn, my roommate in lovely Cabin 3, atop the Pinnacles.
When I went for a walk in the local park, the trail routed us through this pasture of sheep.
On the way back from our hike, we walked along the beach, trolling for interesting shells to keep and put on necklaces.
